lright, I'm not even going to get in to excuses for not blogging... because I have none. I feel like my days are busy because I'm always doing SOMETHING, but mostly my "somethings" consist of staring at my baby, holding him, rocking him, feeding him, changing him, bathing him, and watching TV (namely CSI or House) or a movie while I do the activities listed above. So technically my day is pretty full. HOWEVER, there is no reason why I can't do some of these activities while I blog... other than the fact that I'd rather be watching TV. But for those of you who actually check this thing, I suppose I should give you a little something to look at every once in a while! Here are some pictures of our recent activities:
When we first gave Cade a bath he FREAKED out! Since then, he has gotten much better. I think he may actually even enjoy them now!
We try to make sure he gets "tummy time" but found that he enjoys it much more if he can do it on the boppy. Our doctor told us this was a better way to do it because his stomach is upset a lot of the time and apparently this doesn't hurt as much.
I also put him like this in the boppy so I can try to get a few things done every once in a while. I just love how he's holding his hands! So cute!
About two weeks ago we thought we'd give the bumbo a try. He did so well! It was a little hard for him to stay sitting straight up (after a little while he'd start falling to the side), but he's getting better at it all the time!
I just LOVE this face! He gives us this look all the time! It is usually accompanied with the most adorable cooing sounds!
We are now starting to find him sleeping in funny positions. I love when he sleeps with his arms sticking out like this! Who can sleep like that???So do you guys remember his cute little cry that we posted a video of last month? Well, it's gone. Here's his new cry:

oh he is so adorable... he is just getting cuter and cuter! I can't wait to see him! I am going to be in town on the 20th through the 27th... we will need to see each other lady!

mother or not, he is probably the most handsome little boy i have ever seen!!! It makes me a little bit ok to know that I might actually have a boy :) I can't wait to experiance it! Seriously, so darn adorable!!!
What? He is so huge from the last picture I saw. He looks great! Are you feeling ok? Sounds like you're doing great! We would love to get together with you guys sometime. :) After the newborn stuff wears off!

oh my goodness! He is probably one of the most attractive babies I've ever seen. Which makes sense because he has such good looking parents. It looks like he's already got a really strong neck. Holding it up during his tummy time. So adorable!
